    Amazing place with its free Wi-Fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, showing great care. I recommend enjoying the massage services. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    Bodrum vibes 🏖️

    Beach is right there, maybe a two-minute stroll, so easy to pop down for a dip! The pool area was pretty chilling, like, we really enjoyed lazy afternoons there. And the bar staff, especially Yacob-what a legend! He.

    Just be warned, brekkie options were a bit limited, so we skipped a few mornings.

    Overall I liked the stay and do recommend. Had very very good stay for family vacation, the staff were outstandingly friendly, location was marvellous with a bus stop at the top of the street. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

    Here's my take on it

    The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the balcony view of the lagoon-style pool was lovely. Unfortunately, the food quality was often poor, leaving many guests dissatisfied. The staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent . A promise of better service and dining options could make it worthwhile.

    Ayaz aqua beach was right by the beach. We loved the free sun loungers around the pool area. The staff were friendly, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do.

    The pools were spacious and fun. The bar staff, especially Yacob, made fantastic cocktails and kept us entertained with their humor. The hotel's cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the sheets felt unclean. Communication with reception was a struggle due to poor English proficiency and unhelpfulness. Noise levels at night from other guests were quite disruptive, impacting the overall experience. While the entertainment had its moments, we expected a wider variety to keep our evenings lively. The hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in cleanliness and staff training.

    The dining experience is less than stellar-breakfast options are severely limited with hard-boiled eggs and salad, and the lunch and dinner options are often repetitive and lack freshness. The air conditioning seems to work on a whim. It struggles to cool the rooms and shuts off if you open the balcony door. Beach towels can only be picked up during limited hours. The beach area itself is cramped, with sunbeds squished together and some litter left unattended, which diminishes the experience. Plenty of room for improvement here.
